Joséphine strives to ensure that product images, descriptions, colors, and information displayed on the website are as accurate as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting conditions, display devices, material characteristics, or the production process.

3. Orders & Order Confirmation

Once an order is successfully placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email from Joséphine. Please carefully review all order details, including selected products, sizing, and shipping information.

Once the order has been confirmed and preparation or production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

4. Pricing

All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Joséphine reserves the right to adjust prices, update product information, or discontinue products when necessary.

5. Processing Time & Shipping

Order processing time depends on product availability:

• Ready-to-wear items: Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days.
• Made-to-measure or non-ready items: Production typically takes 15–20 business days.
  

Shipping time depends on the destination and the shipping provider. Joséphine is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of Joséphine’s products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

All orders are confirmed via email, including product images or videos, sizing, colors, and detailed order information. Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and confirming these details before finalizing the order.

By confirming the order via email, the customer agrees that the order cannot be returned or exchanged due to reasons such as change of mind, wrong sizing selection, or personal preference.

Joséphine only considers exchange support in cases of manufacturing or supplier defects. In such cases, customers must provide clear images or videos of the product along with the purchase receipt for assessment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Joséphine website—including but not limited to images, product designs, logos, graphics, and text—is the intellectual property of Joséphine. Any form of reproduction, use, or distribution for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Amendments & Dispute Resolution

Joséphine reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

In the event of any dispute related to website usage or purchase transactions, parties will prioritize negotiation and good-faith resolution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
